Officially established in 2024, Meyer Development LLC is a team of dedicated individuals who have been in the game since 2021. While our current expertise is in franchise development, our goal is to become the premier choice for standalone projects, extending beyond the restaurant industry. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing top-tier general contracting services and site management, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and reliability.
To date, we have built 20+ new Culver's restaurants across Central Indiana, renovated 5+ interiors, and 8+ exteriors with the addition of a double drive thru. We understand the specificities that go into each and every franchise and are willing to go above and beyond for our clients. We pride ourselves on our teamwork and collaboration, having worked with over 100 contractors across a multitude of trades.

Bob Goins
Senior Director of Construction
Meet Bob Goins, the Senior Director of Construction at Meyer Development, LLC, hailing from Pendleton, IN. He's a hometown hero from Elwood High School, and attended Ball State University. Since June 2021, Bob's been steering the ship at Meyer, handling everything from permits to project closeouts.
Bob's not just about construction; he's a man of many aquatic talents. When he's not overseeing job sites, you'll find him tearing up the waters on his boat, showing off his water skiing skills or spending time wood working.
Ask Bob about himself, and he'll tell you: "Every fact about me is fun." With Bob Goins around, even construction projects come with a side of humor.
Kristine Clark
Assistant Project Manager
Meet Kristine Clark, the detail-oriented problem solver and Assistant Project Manager at Meyer Development LLC. Kristine earned her B.S. in American History with a minor in Historic Preservation from Ball State University before heading west to earn her M.S. in Historic Preservation from the University of Oregon.
With a background in construction consulting, roofing, project coordination, and historic preservation, Kristine has a knack for keeping projects, and all the details that come with them, moving in the right direction. She brings experience in everything from construction feasibility and financial reporting to service coordination, inspections, proposals, and capital projects.
When Kristine isn't keeping projects on track, you'll likely find her hunting for a great thrift-store find, experimenting with her latest fermented-food creation, or designing products for her Etsy shop.
Whether she's coordinating the next project, uncovering a hidden thrift-store gem, or creating something from scratch, Kristine brings curiosity, creativity, and an eye for the details.
